Supply Chain Manager - Whitehall Area

• →Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• →Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• →Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• →Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• →Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• →Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• →Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and plan supply.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Project management certification (PMP)
