Test Engineer - Paw Paw Area

• →Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• →Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment (ATE).
• →Perform root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• →Document test procedures, results, and issues in a clear and concise manner.
• →Validate new product designs and process changes through comprehensive testing.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing and debugging automated test scripts using languages like Python, C#, or LabVIEW.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, in-circuit, environmental, stress testing).
• Ability to analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
• Knowledge of sensor technologies and data acquisition systems relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with vision systems or robotics for automated testing.
