Warehouse Manager - Caledonia Area

• →Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• →Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
• →Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• →Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues.
• →Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• →Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• →Analyze warehouse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to optimize inventory control systems and implement efficient storage solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of warehouse personnel
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and best practices for material handling
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs)
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Project management experience (e.g., PMP certification)
