Warehouse Manager - Kalamazoo Area

• →Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• →Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• →Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• →Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimize material flow and meet production schedules.
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance.
• →Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities using relevant software systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in a warehouse setting.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
