Warehouse Manager - Menominee Area

• →Enforce safety rules and conduct regular safety walkthroughs.
• →Manage space layout and material flow to support production schedules.

• Prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• to 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• CDL or powered industrial truck trainer certification.
• Associate or bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
• Lean or continuous improvement training.
• Experience with barcode scanning or RF systems.
