• →Develop and optimize welding procedures for manufacturing processes.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for welding defects.
• →Evaluate and select appropriate welding equipment, consumables, and automation solutions.

• →Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations for welding operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in welding engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• AWS Certified Welding Engineer (CWEng) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in various welding processes (e.g., GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) and metallurgy.
• Demonstrated experience with NDE techniques and quality control in welding.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and specifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX).

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and programming.
• Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods beyond visual inspection.
• Project management experience, particularly for capital equipment upgrades or new process implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and analysis.
