Welding Engineer - Portage Area

• →Develop and optimize welding processes for manufacturing operations.
• →Provide technical expertise and support for welding-related issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in welding engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of various welding processes (e.g., GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) and their application.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Experience with NDT methods and quality control procedures for welded components.
