Are you passionate about helping clients succeed and ensuring every detail is covered? We're looking for a Client Management Assistant (known internally as Client Executive for our mid-market clients) to join our growing team and play a key role in building strong relationships with our energy sector clients.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a vital member of our team, you’ll work alongside a Client Manager supporting a portfolio of mid-market clients, making sure their experience is seamless and solutions-focused.

Experience in a client-facing, support, or coordination role (e.g. customer service, administration, client support, project admin, or account handling), ideally within the energy sector or a similar industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Comfortable participating in client meetings and keeping internal systems up to date
A confident, highly organised approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A team-focused attitude and the ability to spot opportunities to add value or support client growth

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £26,200
