Their continuously evolving, advanced technology About The Position They are hiring a full-time digital Junior Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic Web & Creative Services team, reporting to the Manager of PMO. You will help coordinate TV commercial production workflows from ideation through post-production. You will work closely with producers, creative directors, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. You will work closely with Designers, Editors, Production Managers, other Project Managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver these client marketing materials. What You Will Work On (Key Responsibilities) Workflow Coordination: Support producers in managing end-to-end TV commercial lifecycles (pre-production, production, and post-production). Scheduling & Tracking: Maintain daily project schedules, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional teams hit their deadlines using Google Workspace, AI tools, and their proprietary task management system. Asset Management: Organize and traffic project files—including briefs, scripts, rough cuts, and final masters—ensuring rigorous version control using tools like Frame.io and Google Drive. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. As needed, you will take detailed meeting notes, distribute action items, follow up, and collaborate proactively with peers to balance workloads for optimal efficiency. Quality Assurance: Perform detailed QA on deliverables across all project stages, ensuring everything is completed to spec, on time, and within budget. Problem-Solving & Analytics: Troubleshoot creative and technical issues alongside peers and stakeholders, while utilizing analytics tools to understand and improve their digital products. Process Optimization: Contribute to departmental goals by remaining critical of current workflows, actively collaborating in team meetings, and identifying new ways to improve tools and processes. Requirements All applicants must have: Experience: 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally within a creative agency, production company, or in-house creative team. Language: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English is required. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production processes and post-production workflows. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern PM software, Slack, video review tools, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and creative software such as Figma. AI Integration: Comfortable incorporating AI into day-to-day tasks, along with a proactive interest in exploring emerging AI tools to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency. Copywriting: Experience with writing marketing copy and proofreading various creative materials. Communication: Ability to effectively and succinctly present solutions and marketing materials, and communicate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving mindset. Flexible, willing to pivot, and able to quickly adapt to fast-paced production changes and business needs while aligning with company goals. Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to identify both project- and product-level bugs or areas for improvement.
