This is a unique opportunity to join a team that handles high-value, specialized freight across the country. Drivers in this role operate in teams, completing weekly or bi-weekly routes in comfortable double sleeper cabs. If you’re an experienced driver looking to expand your skill set beyond traditional freight, this company provides hands-on training in a niche and rewarding industry. This role is ideal for professionals who value safety, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a respected organization. What You’ll Do Operate a Class A or Class B commercial vehicle over long distances Ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of freight across assigned routes Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) Coordinate with dispatch for routing, scheduling, and delivery updates Safely load and unload freight (materials and equipment provided) Adhere to OSHA and DOT safety standards, including hours-of-service regulations Report safety incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members What We’re Looking For Valid CDL Class A or Class B license Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening 1+ year of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and DOT safety standards Experience with ELD systems (Samsara preferred) Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as required Comfortable with hands-on work, including loading and unloading freight Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting Strong time management, navigation, and communication skills Why Join This Opportunity?
