• Has multifamily experience
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Possess the ability to inspire and engage their team
• Has proven track record of sales achievements

• Lead leasing activity, including tours, applications, prospect follow-up and move-in coordination.
• Support and direct leasing agents while monitoring daily traffic and leasing activities.
• Address prospect and resident inquiries and maintain a professional, tour-ready office and community.
• Review leasing pipeline, lead follow-up, applications, and upcoming move-ins.
• Delegate and track leasing team priorities and ensure timely completion.
• Review availability, pricing, and marketing needs with the Property Manager.
• Review leasing performance and occupancy trends with the Property Manager.
• Evaluate upcoming availability and establish monthly leasing priorities.
• Assist with marketing and strategies to maximize occupancy and leasing performance.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be collaborative and adaptive.
• Experience with Entrata software a plus but not required
• Bilingual Preferred
