• →Visit local neighborhoods, stores, and community spots to meet potential job seekers 
• →Build friendly relationships and share information about available jobs 
• →Collect contact information and help interested individuals sign up 
• →Maintain a simple record of contacts and follow-ups 

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required) 
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people 
• Familiarity with Rockland County communities preferred 
• Reliable transportation for local travel 
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach 
• Ability to track recruitment data via Excel and other programs 

Compensation   
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
