Senior Project Manager

• →Manage transportation projects and tasks involving highway, bridge, and traffic improvements.
• →Coordinate effectively with local, agency, and state staff and officials, and with internal task leaders and staff.
• →Manage, review, and sign/seal plans and reports.
• →Possess a working knowledge of transportation-related activities such as environmental clearance, environmental permitting, utility clearance, right-of-way clearance, etc. 
• →Possess a working knowledge of pre-bid documents such as tabulation sheets, summary sheets, pre-bid construction schedules, construction cost estimates, etc.
• →Manage and mentor junior staff, and coordinate effectively across teams within the company.
• →Actively participate in the company’s business development activities such as meetings, networking, statements of interest, qualifications packages, technical proposals, price proposals, etc.
• →Actively participate in the company’s professional development program, which includes participation in industry organizations such as ACEC/PA, APC, ASCE, etc.).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Project Management experience for PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with local, agency, and state staff and officials.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate effectively in a team-based atmosphere.
• Willingness to actively participate in the company’s business development and professional development initiatives.
• Strong work ethic, positive can-do attitude, and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.
