Assoc. Marketing Project Specialist

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Non-Exempt.  This is a hybrid work arrangement with occasional onsite work at the corporate office in Vacaville.

• Deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, as well strong organization and strong project management skills.
• Ability to understand and actively lead the use of departmental project management tools.
• Ability to work professionally with internal and external clients.
• High sense of urgency.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of a wide range of modern digital and print marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts, including traditional and digital channels, messaging and ROI.
• Sound understanding of TCU’s brand and voice.
• Ability to work independently and motivated to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prepare and effectively facilitate presentations.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), as well as web-based project management software. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff to achieve a desired result.
• Ability to remain flexible in a changing work environment.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and within required timeframes, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  

• Reports directly to Supervisor/Manager, Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year previous professional experience; or equivalent work experience.

Compensation: 

• Associate Marketing Project Specialist: Grade 12:  $30.59 – 37.79
