• A self-learner with expertise in change management and experience leading technology transformation, fostering a culture of agility, overcoming resistance to new technologies, and building alignment around AI adoption strategies. 

• Ability to build, train, coach and mentor a team to maximize contributions, while encouraging AI competency development and innovation. 

• Extensive knowledge and proven hands-on experience in software or cloud services development processes, quality assurance, and efficient service delivery. 

• You obsess about putting customers' success upfront and using data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and challenge decisions. 

• Ability to identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency and mitigation plans. 

• Ability to present and communicate complex technical concepts or explain business backgrounds clearly. 

• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms and distributed computing environments  

• Track record of building and scaling AI-focused engineering teams
