Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team in providing quality planning, design and technical assistance to Discipline Managers across both water and transportation in delivering projects within budgetary and time constraints. The hybrid position will be located in Hernando, MS.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
- Signing Bonus: You will receive a one-time signing bonus of $10,000, payable within 30 days of your start date.
- Clawback Provision: If you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within 12 months of your start date, you agree to repay the signing bonus in full.
