✓Coordinating project documentation, communications, and approvals
✓Assisting with project schedules, reporting, and tracking milestones
✓Participating in project meetings and documenting action items
✓Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
✓Coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
✓Tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
✓Supporting procurement and material coordination efforts
✓Monitoring project progress and helping identify potential risks or issues by completing a weekly progress report onsite
✓Assisting with project closeout documentation and turnover requirements
✓Strong organizational and communication skills
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✓High attention to detail and strong follow-through
✓Ability to build relationships with field and office teams
✓Desire to learn commercial construction and project management
✓Comfortable visiting jobsites throughout the Houston area
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (procore & bluebeam)
✓Construction, engineering, project coordination, or related experience preferred
✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering ABET accredited school
✓You enjoy solving problems and finding solutions.
✓You thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple moving pieces.
✓You communicate effectively with both field and office teams.
✓You take ownership and follow through on commitments.
✓You want a long-term career in construction and project management.
✓Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
