Triplemoon is a tech-enabled digital health service transforming family wellness by addressing critical gaps in mental health. Triplemoon partners with pediatric practices as their integrated behavioral healthcare team. Through the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), we help children and families access evidence-based mental and behavioral healthcare in days—not weeks or months—while creating a financially sustainable solution for pediatric practices.

Triplemoon is seeking a highly motivated Director of Strategic Partnerships to establish and scale relationships with our pediatric and family medicine practices across the company’s priority markets in the US. This is a hands-on, relationship-centric role with the opportunity to create and scale our go-to-market strategy. 

The strongest candidates will have a demonstrated track record of working collaboratively and driving results in fast-paced start-up environment with past experience in a sales and/or account management function. You'll spend your time mapping market opportunities, identifying prospective clinic partners, engaging decision-makers, onboarding new clinic partners and supporting clinics through their first 6-months with Triplemoon.  This role is also responsible for representing Triplemoon at key industry events, conferences, and local forums. 

You will work directly with our leadership team and have significant influence over how we scale and build the business development function. 

Responsibilities

  • Build Triplemoon’s market presence in core geographies through virtual and in-person networking and education 
  • Represent Triplemoon at key industry forums, conferences, and government forums. 
  • Identify and prioritize target pediatric and family practices who are strong fits with Triplemoon’s integrated behavioral health model
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, etc 
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, clinic visits, lunch-and-learns, and leadership preseentations
  • Drive outreach, deal development, pricing and contracting
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline including all aspects of data management within our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and key sales metrics
  • Collaborate with Triplemoon’s account management team to ensure successful transition and onboarding of new clinic partners 
  • Provide continuity throughout first 3-6 months of new clinic partner lifepsan with Triplemoon to ensure each new partnership achieves it’s full potential
  • Partner with Triplemoon’s marketing, clinic success/account management and executive team to continue to evolve/shape our omni-channel GTM strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve messaging, targeting, pricing and sales processes
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership
  • Test new business development approaches and help create repeatable playbooks
  • 5+ years of experience owning sales/business development function within a primary care context (pediatric experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success prospecting via cold outreach and in-person sales 
  • Track record of delivering consistent monthly sales targets 
  • Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative attitude and excitement to “build from the ground up”
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated track record of project ownership and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%+ of the time
  • Self-starter and doer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments

Nice to Have
