OR Surgery Technician - Certified

Responsible for care of patient in operating room. Provides and ensures safe and therapeutically effective patient care. Maintains work area. Participates in 24-hour call coverage. Responsible for preparing, assembling and maintenance of operating room instrumentation and equipment. Responsible for scrubbing a wide variety of surgical cases.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Washington State Surgical Tech license required. Current American Heart Association’s BLS/CPR certification card on hire.

• Two years of previous scrub experience, required.
• Additional medical background/previous hospital experience, preferred.

• Attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency.
• Able to work well both individually and in a team.
