Role Description:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving loyalty? As Head of Key Accounts, you’ll lead the Trodo Key Account Program, a strategic initiative for customer growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of and scale the Trodo Key Account Program across multiple markets
- Define and optimize customer tiers, benefits, and retention strategies
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Key Account Managers
- Collaborate effectively with Logistics and other operational teams
- Develop and implement scalable processes for customer reviews, tier transitions, and service enhancements
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align initiatives and drive program success
- Monitor and analyze key program KPIs and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading B2B customer account or sales teams
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and accountability
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to make insight-based decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign customers
Considered as an advantage:
- Understanding of the automotive aftermarket and the needs of B2B clients such as workshops, resellers, and fleets
- Full professional fluency in Nordic languages alongside English to work with Scandinavian market customers
- Hands-on experience collaborating with logistics, delivery, or fulfillment operations
