5+ years pen test experience.

Management/team lead experience managing projects/tasks against deadlines.

Experience with continuous pen testing methodologies.

Experience planning/conducting red team engagements.

GPEN or GXPN AND GRTP, CRTL, OSCP, CRTP, CMWAPT, CEPT, CPT, LPT.

CISA AES HVA Lead/Tech Lead (have/obtain as specified).

Active Secret clearance.

Conduct continuous penetration testing across applicable systems/environments.

Plan and conduct red team engagements as required by the contract scope.

Develop test plans, coordinate ROE approvals, and execute within constraints.

Produce technical reports with severity, exploit paths, and remediation guidance.
