Operations Lead for field data collection projects in the UK

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

The goal of the projects is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the UK. Our projects are performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top, with backpacks that have 360 cameras, simple mobile phones and drones. Later, this data is used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.

The Operational Lead will be responsible for managing a team of data collectors, their routes, schedules, expenses; support Project and Program Managers with all planning related tasks. Almost all our projects cover several countries and remote teams from around the globe.

The ideal candidate has coordination/management experience, great communication skills, is very responsible and organised.
