We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Test Driver to support data collection missions across Europe.

In this role, you will drive project vehicles along predefined routes while supporting the operation of technical equipment used for road and mapping data collection. Depending on the mission and shift, you may work as a Driver or Co-Driver as part of a two-person vehicle team.

The role involves frequent and extended travel across different European countries, including long-distance and multi-day missions.

Drive company vehicles during road data collection missions across Europe.

Work as a Driver or Co-Driver depending on the assigned mission and shift.

Follow predefined routes, schedules, and detailed mission instructions.

Operate and handle project equipment according to training and established procedures.

Complete vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.

Conduct basic vehicle and equipment checks before and after missions.

Follow all safety, data privacy, and operational procedures.

Report technical, vehicle, or operational issues to the project team promptly.

Support vehicle and equipment handovers between shifts and teams.

Participate in long-distance and extended travel assignments across Europe.

Maintain a responsible and attentive approach to the project vehicle and equipment.

Communicate with the project team regarding mission progress and any issues encountered.

Valid driving licence.
Strong and safe driving skills.
Comfortable driving long distances and in different European countries.
Availability for frequent and extended business travel.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including day and night driving depending on the mission.
Comfortable working with technical equipment and following detailed procedures.
Responsible and attentive approach to vehicles and project equipment.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a two-person vehicle team.
Reliable and punctual approach to work and assigned missions.

Previous experience with road data collection, mapping, field operations, vehicle testing, or similar projects.
Experience working on long-distance or multi-country driving assignments.
Technical or field-work experience.
Previous experience working with cameras, sensors, GPS, computers, or other technical equipment.

Frequent travel across European countries.

Long-distance and multi-day driving missions may be required.

Day and night shifts depending on project requirements.

Work may be performed independently or together with a second team member in the same vehicle.

Availability for the full project duration is strongly preferred.
