Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the plant site
- →Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety
- →Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel
- →Follow site safety procedures and traffic regulations
- →Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions
- Basic mechanical understanding and attention to operational details
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
