Accountant

Record accurate accounting entries for all transactions, including liabilities and assets. Review and reconcile the daily pharmacy closing reports and cash balances Record and file daily operational expenses with proper documentation Handle and monitor Head Office cash and ensure all cash-related transactions are properly recorded and reconciled Reconcile and handle the Payables Trade or Non-Trade ( Supplier’s Invoice - PO from our system - EFD ) supposed to match Submit the Payroll and the Withholding tax in TRA Ensure Financial Accounting and Reporting Financial Planning and Analysis Billing and Payments Project Costing, Budgeting and Control Proper documentation and record keeping Audit and Compliance Inventory management and fixed assets Requirements Bachelor degree from a recognized institution in accounts and finance with CPA. At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role especially in pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with accounting software Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Experience with Pharmaceutical industry Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial matters
