Responsibilities

  • →Work with Passenger Assistance Agents (PAAs) to ensure all service requests are addressed and completed.
  • →Provide assignments and work orders through a computer system.
  • →Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • →Maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable FAA, TSA, airline, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • →Keep the supervisor informed of operational needs, issues, and concerns within assigned areas; maintain cleanliness of the immediate work area and report maintenance needs as appropriate.
  • →Utilize appropriate communication channels and maintain required records, reports, and files.
  • →Maintain and distribute radios, where applicable, and complete all required documentation and reports.
  • →Receive and respond to telephone and radio communications from PAAs and employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • →Represent the Company professionally by responding to inquiries from airline personnel, employees, and the public in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • →Support training and onboarding of new hires through coaching and mentorship.
  • →Work safely and efficiently.
  • →Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and/or tablet to enter, retrieve, and manage data.
  • Use electronic radio devices to communicate with co-workers and management.
  • Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities daily, including bending, stooping, climbing, and walking long distances.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain all necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service) in accordance with local requirements.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Available to work any shift; day or night, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
