In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing costs related to commercial, interior design and architectural projects, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for, and helping teams optimize budgets to enhance overall project efficiency.

→Conduct cost analysis for projects and collaborate with project managers to establish budgets.

Proven experience as a Cost Management Specialist or similar role in various industries, inlducing Hotels and Residential
Strong understanding of financial principles and cost management techniques
Mandatory: Proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam, ProCore, Excel
Mandatory: Fluent in English and advanced communication skills
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
