The Digital & Innovation group at USP is seeking a Product Manager who can drive and deliver digital tech solutions.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ We are seeking someone who excels in digital innovation for building impactful data products across our ecosystem.

As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:

• 6-8 years of experience leading and driving end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives across Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and govern enterprise-scale performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Good understanding of Performance Engineering methodologies, including Load Testing, Stress Testing, Spike Testing, Volume Testing, Endurance (Soak) Testing, and Scalability Testing.
• Good understanding of Security Testing practices, including Penetration Testing (PT), Web Application Security Testing, API Security Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, and Security Risk Analysis.
• Experience working with test automation frameworks such as Playwright.
• Ability to define and drive product-level quality strategies, release test planning, execution governance, integration testing, and quality reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to drive continuous quality improvements across the product portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-Left Testing, Risk-Based Testing, Test Automation, Continuous Testing, and CI/CD-driven quality processes.
• Drive quality metrics, defect prevention initiatives, root cause analysis, quality gates, and release readiness assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to support evolving business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
