Location: 2825 S. 200 E. South Salt Lake City, UT | Schedule: Typically, Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM | Type: Full-Time | FLSA: Non-Exempt

We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Food Service Delivery Driver to support our Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a great team, and knowing your work makes a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• →Safely and accurately deliver meals, food supplies, and equipment to designated program sites.
• →Load, unload, and transport food and supplies while ensuring everything arrives on time and in excellent condition.
• →Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• →Pick up and return clean and dirty food service materials between program sites and the kitchen.
• →Verify deliveries, maintain accurate records, and complete required CACFP documentation.
• →Assist with food packaging, labeling, inventory, food preparation, and quality control.
• →Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas while following food safety and health department standards.
• →Provide friendly, professional customer service to staff and program partners.
• →Be a flexible, dependable team player who jumps in wherever help is needed!

• A valid driver's license and a safe driving mindset.
• A current Food Handler's Permit (or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire).
• Good attendance, a positive attitude, and professional communication skills.
• The ability to follow directions, work at a fast pace, and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and organizational skills.
• The ability to communicate in English and maintain confidentiality.

• ServSafe certification.
• 2-3 years of kitchen experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check, a drug and alcohol screening, a sex offender registry check, a child abuse/neglect check, and meeting all Head Start health requirements.

As a federally funded organization, we are subject to applicable federal requirements. Although certain substances may be permitted under state law, federal requirements apply to employment with the organization.
