The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Tokyo based in Japan belongs to Brain Division. We are looking for a VIE Telematics Software Integrator Engineer for 12 months within the team.

• You actively understand software requirements and customer tickets, supporting the team with internal ticket creation, handling, fixing, and tracking

• You support the software project team in executing processes, policies, and best practices to ensure proper ticket management and implementation.
   

• You ensure the software organization meets customer ticket timelines and testing deadlines, maintaining compliance with project standards.
   

• You remove roadblocks in ticket management by collaborating with other departments (e.g. Requirements Management, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Agile Methods).
   

• You drive the resolution of issues identified during reviews and assessments, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
   

• You lead process improvement action plans to enhance ticket management efficiency and software quality performance.
   

• You prepare data for customer quality communication, share best practices, and promote lessons learned within project teams.
   

• You analyze and elaborate software requirements with the SW REQ/ARCH Lead, ensuring consistent, traceable, and high-quality implementation.

• You are graduated from a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• You already have experience in software development, integration, or testing, ideally in an automotive or embedded systems environment

• You have a fluent level of English (Japanese or French is a plus)

• You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, a good listener, positive, professional, and diplomatic

• Knowledge of continuous integration tools or agile methods is a plus
