We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Logistics Business Partner to join our Hong Kong team and support fast-moving international trade lanes across North & South America, Türkiye, Australia and Asia.

This is a commercial logistics role for someone who thrives under pressure, solves problems quickly, negotiates hard, and keeps global shipments moving.

The Role

You will act as a key partner to our commercial teams by creating logistics solutions that help profitable deals happen.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Securing the most competitive freight rates across global routes
• Managing relationships with shipping lines, forwarders, hauliers and warehouses
• Supporting shipments across North America, South America, Türkiye, Australia and Asia
• Solving urgent logistics issues quickly and commercially
• Improving margins through smarter freight buying and routing
• Providing market updates on freight trends, risks and opportunities
• Coordinating bookings, documentation and delivery performance
• Working closely with traders, suppliers and customers globally
• Helping improve systems, processes and ways of working
