Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns in production or from customers.
→Document problem resolutions and corrective actions.
→Coordinate customer inspections and manage order testing and certifications.
→Perform or coordinate validation of controlled processes, such as welding, soldering, painting, etc. This would include cross-sectioning of welds and solders, testing the adhesion of paint, and monitoring in-process inspections in Production.
→Conduct or support in-process, final, and vendor inspections, using tools such as the CMM and Niton Analyzer.
→Coordinate or perform calibration of in-house test equipment, such as the CMM, Niton Analyzer, and test benches. Support with the calibration of gauging.
→Monitor scrap, conduct Pareto analysis, and support corrective action initiatives.
→Maintain and revise quality documentation such as test forms, work instructions, and procedures.
→Measure and analyze key quality performance data and recommend improvement opportunities.
→Facilitate internal issue resolution through our Corrective Action system (LifeLines)
