Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and qualification activities.
- →Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, sensors, servos, pneumatics, and automation issues.
- →Execute equipment functional testing and CQV protocols, including IQ/OQ and performance testing.
- →Review equipment designs, specifications, drawings, manuals, and control documentation.
- →Partner with vendors and internal engineering teams to identify root causes and implement equipment improvements.
- →Support equipment integration, optimization, and production ramp-up activities.
- →Document technical issues, test results, deviations, and corrective actions in a GMP environment.
- →Provide hands-on engineering support during 2nd/3rd shift commissioning and production activities.
Requirements
~2 min read- 2–5 years of experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing engineering, CQV, commissioning, automation, or validation.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing or packaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and industrial controls.
- Experience with GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on engineering approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors.
- Experience with ATS, IMA, Dividella, or similar automated packaging/assembly equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
