Time Horizon

PURPOSE	Own plant-level supply constraint identification and delivery performance. First-line resolver of supply disruptions — acting before the production scheduler knows there is a problem. No line stops, no surprises, no excuses.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify and escalate supply constraints daily; own plant-level constraint register

→Manage supplier delivery performance at plant level; drive root cause analysis on failures

→Mitigate line-down risk: coordinate emergency supply actions before impact on production

→Expedite critical materials; escalate commercial leverage requirements to RCM after exhausting first-line options

→Coordinate cross-functionally with production planning; maintain aligned constraint and delivery horizon

→Execute root cause analysis on delivery failures; track corrective actions through to closure

→Support inventory optimisation: flag excess and shortfall positions to planning team

→Participate in Category Team as extended member; surface recurring supplier delivery issues to GCM/RCM
