We are currently seeking a EHS Specialist Junior to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

The position, based in Tognana, supports the EHS activities in Tognana and in the other Italian locations, based on country needs, in order to have all related activities managed according to laws and local rules. 

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Collaborate with Tognana RSPP at the analysis and evaluation of risks of Tognana plant, preparing EHS Procedures and Instructions.
• Collaborate in writing Safety Committee reports.
• Makes data entry into safety databases: SEQAM, SAM, INCIDENTI tools, others . 
• Tracks EHS corrective/Preventive/Improvement action providing information about status of completion and updating database.
• Collaborate in doing/writing EHS internal audits. 
• Handle Safety & Environmental Inspections in order to verify the status of implementation of activities.
• Maintain training database up to date, plan and organize safety training involving internal and also external resources where needed.
• Collaborate in making analysis of accidents and near-miss.       
• Collaborate in recording and filling-in documentation for Safety and Environment, according to the law and to internal requirements.
• Collaborate at the control, monitoring and reporting of Safety and Environmental performances.  
• Cooperate at maintaining Safety and Environmental Statistics, issuing reports as required

What will make you successful?

• Technical Diploma or University Degree in Safety/Environmental disciplines.                             
• Preferable at least 1 year experience in similar positions. 
• English Language intermediate skills.                                                                          
• Knowledge of national laws concerning Safety & Environment, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Self-discipline and motivation.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work in team.
• Capability of interaction with Operations and Industrial Engineering.
