Supervisor Sales Operations & Support

This role will hold a supervisory position that will ensure the daily operation of the ISS group will be efficient, accurate and on time to meet the monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets. They will also be responsible in gathering, maintaining, and ensuring that all business analytics reports are submitted to ANZ Managers and other stake holders.
- Main Focus: Responsible for processing Pending Order Requests coming through from sales and driving to completion
Supporting the team with other functions:
- Responsible for creation, maintenance and loading OSC data (ISS template into OSC)
- Responsible for processing Change Order Request
- Responsible for processing pre-order with sales and associated activities (ITC compliance, T&C’s approval, credit check)
- Responsible for processing loading the BOW to OSC via loader
Requirements

- Business or IT related degree, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology
