Driver - Afternoon Shift

• →Must consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the VF Policy handbook
• →Be willing and able to work in other departments as needed (Inbound, Processing, Shipping)
• →Perform housekeeping duties as required while contributing to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• →Consistently follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• →Meet and/or exceed all productivity standards/targets for each activity performed while meeting all quality standards
• →Must work well with minimal supervision in a team-based environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good verbal communication skills in English required
• Ability to read pertinent information in English that is found on computer or RF device screens, vendor cartons, pick tickets or shipping labels
• Demonstrated successful track record of working safely
• Demonstrated record of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility and team focus when asked to perform other duties as required
• Ability to walk/stand all day and bend, lift and push
• Ability to work at height within our multi-level pick tower structure
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout his/her shift
• Prior distribution/warehouse experience preferred
