DevOps Engineer (Junior/Senior)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior/Junior DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and optimize the infrastructure that powers VinFast's large-scale R&D and product development projects. In this role, you will work across both Cloud and On-Premise environments, contributing to the design and operation of modern platforms including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Monitoring, Databases, Security, and Infrastructure Automation. You'll collaborate closely with software engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and highly automated infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure across Cloud and On-Premise environments. Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines for software development projects. Manage and enhance Kubernetes clusters, container platforms, and middleware services. Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and observability. Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance, scalability, and availability. Investigate production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions. Apply security best practices, optimize infrastructure costs, and continuously improve operational efficiency. Requirements Must-Have Junior: 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field. Senior: 3–5 years of relevant experience with proven hands-on expertise. Practical experience with both Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure. Strong Linux administration and infrastructure automation skills. Hands-on experience deploying and operating production-grade Kubernetes clusters. Solid understanding of Networking, Security, Monitoring, and CI/CD practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. High sense of ownership with a proactive mindset and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Nice to Have Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Knowledge of Service Mesh, Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
