Responsibilities

→Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
→Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.
→Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
→Assist in keeping our community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and team members.
→Work with other departments to support an exceptional resident experience.

1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license required.
