Project Manager

• →Manage end-to-end delivery of social-first campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  
  
• →Own timelines, scopes, budgets, and resourcing for multiple concurrent projects.
  
  
• →Serve as the operational lead, translating client needs and briefs into clear deliverables for internal teams.
  
  
• →Partner with creative, strategy, and paid teams to align campaign execution with platform best practices.
  
  
• →Oversee workflows such as influencer/creator onboarding, briefing, and content approvals (preferred).
  
  
• →Facilitate cross-team and client communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
  
  
• →Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively problem-solve.
  
  
• →Provide campaign tracking support and post-campaign wrap-up materials.
  
  
• →Contribute to workflow and process improvements across the agency.
  
  

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, digital, or social-first agency environment.
  
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement best practices.
  
  
• Experience with brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs preferred.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  
  
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).
  
  
• Comfortable managing scopes and budgets.
  
  
• A collaborative, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
