This posting covers a single opening on our Wealth Management team that will be leveled as either Senior Advisor or Lead Advisor, based on the candidate's years of experience and professional designations. Both levels share the same core mandate and must-have requirements below.

As a Senior or Lead Advisor on our Wealth Management team, you'll provide comprehensive support to our high net worth clients throughout their journey with us. This position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets. Your performance will be evaluated on a balanced scorecard focused entirely on delivering world-class client experiences.

• Senior Advisor: 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles

• Lead Advisor: 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, specifically working with HNW/UHNW clients

• CFP or IQFP designation is an asset

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service

• Strong financial planning and investment management knowledge

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Client-first mentality in all aspects of your work
