Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect who will be part of our global Presales team. The right candidate will work closely with our clients, as well as internal development and operations teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, technology-driven solutions.

• →Review, prioritize, and lead strategic pre-sales engagements with our larger more complex customers.
• →Assist in the creation of standard sales materials such as presentation slides, proposal templates, and product descriptions to support the sales team.
• →Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals, processes, and technical requirements.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
• →Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• →Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
• →Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
• →Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams within our partner network to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives.
• →Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• →Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through effective communication and a deep understanding of their business challenges.
• →Play a key role in the discovery phase, assisting in scoping projects, and contributing to proposal preparations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in an IT environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
