Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in pump or rotating equipment design.
Proficiency in CAD and 3D solid modeling tools, with SolidWorks experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing environments and BOM management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on manufacturing setting, with a strong focus on safety and PPE compliance.

Prior exposure to industrial slurry pump, flotation, and pipe manufacturing or related mechanical equipment industries.
Polymer (urethane) experience and familiarity with pre-polymer processes.
Reverse engineering experience and manufacturing engineering background.
Experience supporting sales quoting, costing activities, and CNC programming support.
