Operations Executive, Patient Support (1 year contract, KL)

We are looking for a Patient Support Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth user experience across our services.

• Investigate and resolve all inbound queries

• Troubleshoot basic app issues faced by our users

• Manage and de-escalate complaint cases

• Be the primary outbound channel for patient-facing interactions via email, phone call, or text messaging

Required:

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work

• Able to prioritise and multitask efficiently to resolve live issues

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible in shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Good to have:

• Degree/Diploma in and/or working experience in telemedicine or healthcare industry
