Project Manager - Insurance

From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

• →Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• →Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• →Coordinate day-to-day activities across Business and Technology teams.
• →Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
• →Support the gathering and coordination of business requirements.
• →Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reporting.
• →Support initiatives related to process improvement, digitalisation, AI, and automation.
• →Ensure actions and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing digital, technology, or transformation projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
