Associate Project Manager [Research]

In the Associate Project Manager, Research role, you’ll drive fast, accurate permitting research that powers Pulley’s next generation of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end completion of permit research projects

• Collaborate closely with AI/engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation

• Provide structured outputs that feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides

To be successful in this role, you are likely someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management or a related permitting/project management function

• A background in commercial/retail permitting

• Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity

• Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
