Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Denver, Colorado. • →Perform daily inspections and maintenance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• →Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• →Handle drywall, texture, and patching repairs with a focus on quality.
• →Respond promptly and effectively to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• →Complete quality apartment make-ready turns between tenants.
• →Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members about maintenance issues.
• →Ensure the pool area is well-maintained (CPO certification is a plus).
• →Assist with grounds keeping, including snow removal during winter months.
• →Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

• Personal set of general maintenance tools.
• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
