We’re not looking for someone who “runs ads.” We’re looking for someone who understands:
- customer psychology,
- paid traffic systems,
- conversion mechanics,
- creative testing,
- attribution,
- and how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth.
Anyone can click “Boost Post.” Very few people understand:
- scaling campaigns profitably,
- controlling CAC,
- improving ROAS,
- reducing CPL,
- and building ad systems that consistently perform.
That’s the role. If your strategy is: “Launch a campaign → wait → hope it works” This position is not for you.
We want someone analytical, strategic, performance-obsessed, and deeply experienced in running paid campaigns across both:
- e-commerce businesses
- and service-based lead generation funnels.
