- Contribute to proposal preparation, estimates, technical approaches and business development activities.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering systems, processes and technical standards.
What you'll have

- Typically 8-12+ years' structural engineering experience within the resources, energy, chemicals, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience delivering structural engineering design across feasibility studies, detailed design and project execution phases.
- Strong technical capability in the design and assessment of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
- Experience using structural analysis and design software such as SpaceGass, Strand7, ETABS, SAP2000 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian and international design standards and codes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for developing and mentoring junior engineers.
- Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ, NER or equivalent), or progress toward chartership, will be highly regarded.
What we offer you
- Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
- A diverse and inclusive workplace where innovation and collaboration are encouraged.
- Opportunities to work on major Australian and international projects.
- Professional development, career progression and technical leadership opportunities.
- Access to global expertise and a network of industry-leading professionals.
