About the Role
~1 min readGroup Head - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality talent across the business. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving innovative sourcing strategies in line with business needs. You will also partner closely with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring demand and deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and deliver on talent priorities.
- →Drive sourcing innovation by leveraging multiple channels including digital platforms, professional networks, referrals, and emerging sourcing tools.
- →Provide consultative recruitment support, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- →Monitor and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes, policies, and SOX requirements.
- →Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment performance and market insights.
Requirements
~2 min read- 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in Leadership hiring.
- Strong expertise in hiring for digital, analytics, technology, and niche skill sets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
